NOTICE OF 2025 ANNUAL MEETING OF FINANTA CREDIT UNION MEMBERS
Notice is hereby given that Finanta Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will be held on December 16, 2025, starting at 5:00 P.M. (ET) at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 31 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602 (right next to the credit union).
Registration is required to attend the Annual Meeting. Please register for the event on or before December 10, 2025, via link here: 2025 Finanta Credit Union Annual Meeting. You will receive confirmation of your registration. Members must be in good standing to vote. If there is a problem with your registration you will be notified.
Questions about the Annual Meeting may be directed to annualmeeting@finanta.org.
NOTICE OF 2025 ELECTIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Any member wishing to be nominated by petition must meet the minimum eligibility qualifications and file a petition with a minimum of 20 names of Finanta Credit Union members with the Secretary of the Credit Union by November 7, 2025 at 5 P.M. (ET). You must request a petition packet. To make your request, you may email elections@finanta.org. All forms must be completed and received by the November 7, 2025 deadline mentioned above. There will be no nominations from the floor.
To be eligible for nomination, a member must:
- Be a member of Finanta Credit Union
- Be agreeable to the placing of their name in nomination and will accept office if elected
- With the rest of the Board of Directors, form a majority that represents populations historically denied access to financial services
- Have submitted a statement of qualifications and biographical data
- Be at least 18 years of age by December 16, 2025 to hold elective or appointive office
If there is only one nominee for each position to be filled and the candidates run unopposed in the election, the election will not be conducted by ballot. The Chair may declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.

AVISO DE LA REUNIÓN ANUAL DE 2025 DE SOCIOS DE COOPERATIVA FINANTA
Por la presente se notifica que la Reunión Anual de Cooperativa Finanta se llevará a cabo el 16 de diciembre de 2025 a las 5:00 p.m. (EST) en Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 31 S. Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602 (al lado de la cooperativa).
Es necesario registrarse para asistir a la Reunión Anual. Por favor, regístrese para el evento antes del 10 de diciembre de 2025 a través del enlace aquí: 2025 Finanta Credit Union Annual Meeting. Recibirá la confirmación de su registro. Los socios deben estar al día para votar. Si hay algún problema con su registro, se le notificará.

AVISO DE ELECCIONES DE 2025 PARA LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA
Cualquier socio que desee ser nominado por petición debe cumplir con los requisitos mínimos de elegibilidad y presentar una petición con un mínimo de 20 nombres de socios de la Cooperativa Finanta ante el Secretario de la Cooperativa antes del 7 de noviembre de 2025 a las 5 p.m. (ET). Debe solicitar un paquete de petición. Para realizar su solicitud, puede enviar un correo electrónico a: elections@finanta.org. Todos los formularios deben completarse y recibirse antes del 7 de noviembre de 2025 mencionada anteriormente. No se aceptarán nominaciones desde la asamblea.
Para ser elegible para la nominación, un socio debe:
- Ser socio de la Cooperativa Finanta.
- Estar de acuerdo con la colocación de su nombre en la nominación y aceptar el cargo si es elegido.
- Formar, junto con el resto de la Junta Directiva, una mayoría que represente a las poblaciones que históricamente han sido negadas al acceso a servicios financieros.
- Haber presentado una declaración de cualificaciones y datos biográficos.
- Tener al menos 18 años de edad antes del 16 de diciembre de 2025 para ocupar un cargo electivo o nominativo.
Si solo hay un candidato para cada puesto que se llenará y no hay oposición en la elección, la elección no se llevará a cabo por votación. El Presidente del comité podrá declarar elegido a cada candidato por aclamación durante la Reunión Anual.
