Q:What Is Finanta Credit Union? 

A:Finanta Credit Union is a member-owned cooperative. That means we answer to you, not outside investors. Every product and service we offer exists for your benefit.

Q:Why is membership required?

Credit unions are designed to serve their communities. To use our services, you need to be a member. Most people already qualify. 

If you don’t, we’ll connect you with one of our partner organizations when you open your account. Either way, there’s a path forward. 

Q: How do I become a member?

A:It’s simple.

Open a share savings account and deposit $5. That $5 stays in your account and keeps your membership active.

You don’t need:

• A credit check
• A long approval process

Q:What happens after I join?

A:You have access to checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and business services. All in one place. As your needs change, we grow with you.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Q: What kind of products are available right now?

A: We offer the following products: savings accounts, checking accounts, business accounts and consumer loans. Business loans are available through our founding organization Finanta.

Q: Is my money safe?

A: Yes, all deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the NCUSIF (National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund).

Q: Do you have online and/or mobile banking?

A: Yes. Once you open an account, you can enroll in online banking and download our mobile app.
