SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 3rd, 2026

By opting in to receive text messages from Finanta and its subsidiaries, including our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), you are enrolling in our messaging service (the “Service”) and agreeing to the following Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”).

Your use of the Service is further governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, which are fully incorporated into this Agreement. This document is intended to supplement, not replace, any other Disclosures or Privacy Policy governing your broader relationship with us.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES WITH US THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. BY AGREEING, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SERVICE.

  1. Accuracy of Contact Information

You certify that the mobile number provided to us is accurate and that you are the authorized owner or subscriber of said number. If your contact information changes or you relinquish ownership of the phone number, you agree to notify us immediately—before the change occurs—by emailing help@finanta.org.

  1. Consent to Automated Messaging

By voluntarily providing your phone number, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including SMS, MMS, or future protocols) regarding our products, services, promotional offers, and account transactions.

  • No Purchase Required: Consent is not a condition of any purchase or financial service.
  • Costs: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  1. Opt-Out Procedures

Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

  • To Stop: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received from us.
  • Email Option: You may also email Marketing@finanta.org to request removal from the Service.
  • Confirmation: You acknowledge that you will receive one final text message confirming your successful opt-out.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Finanta and its subsidiaries harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your provision of a phone number you do not own or your failure to update us regarding a change in ownership. This includes, but is not limited to, claims under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar state regulations.

  1. Eligibility and Requirements

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • You possess a mobile device capable of two-way messaging.
  • You are a subscriber to a participating wireless carrier. (Please note that not all carriers support this Service).
  1. General Provisions
  • Authority: You represent that you have the legal power and authority to enter into this Agreement.
  • Severability: If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, that specific provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, leaving the remainder of the Agreement in full force.
  • Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will communicate updates to you, and your continued participation in the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
